What is the contract duration?

The duration of each personalized contract can range from 1 month to 2 years and beyond. Your contract is built on flexible terms with easy move-in move-out and manageable cancellation periods depending on your specific requirements.

Is the office plug and play ready?

With fully furnished offices, equipped with desks, chairs, storage lockers, and plant decor - you'll be ready to plug and play to launch your latest product or service. You will also be permitted to apply your own personal touch to your work environment with your own furnishings to take it to the next level and make it yours.

Are offices accessible 24/7?

Yes, full access to the office is permitted by using your smartphone - 24/7/365. Keep in mind that, reception only works from 8:30 am - 6:30 pm Monday to Friday.

How do you handle mail and parcel services?

With the Virtual Office Service, we ask for your permission to scan your correspondence and send it to you by email. We can send mail by post to your physical address upon request at the cost of a small fee to cover shipping and handling.

Are there any printing/scanning perks included?

A multifunction printer is available for your needs at all times at no additional cost.

Does Unicorn offer snacks and beverages?

We offer excellent barista service with freshly roasted and prepared coffee, a selection of tea, rich filtered water, and deliciously selected fresh fruit for your entire team in our common areas. Besides that we offer various other snack and beverage options that can be bought in the lounge or at the reception. If you require a catering, we are happy to share recommendations with you.

Can the front desk forward or take our calls?

Telephone services are not included in our packages.

Where can I park my car?

We have multiple parking lot options near our offices (3-5min walk) to which we can assist in making reservations, providing exact locations and parking hours.

Note: It is indispensable to check with us 1-month in advance to check for parking space availability.

How often are the offices cleaned?

Offices and common areas are cleaned on a day-to-day basis. Desk cleaning must be requested or set up with the community manager to not interfere with your belongings. Our fridges are cleaned once a month, but we count on you to keep our community areas clean and tidy.

Are there any security measures?

The Prosegur Alarm protects the spaces - the access to the office door is limited, only those who have the access code can enter, and there are also lockers if you would like to store your belongings in the office. Spaces also have video camera surveillance, the building (Av. da Liberdade / R. Filipe Folque) is secured, and Unicorn follows all the security requirements.

How does the internet connection work?

We have both WLAN/LAN Internet connection 5Ghz fast and secure.

Is there Air Conditioning?

Yes, and all associated costs are included. We provide a healthy and controlled environment to keep you optimized. This operation is included in your package.

Are there community activities?

We hold "Meet & Eat" and community breakfast events in our lounge area. Educational, training, and induction workshops are organized by companies to further the collective office experience.

Is it possible to display our company name and logo at the entrance?

After a 3-month stay at Unicorn, you'll have the option to display your company Name & Logo on a reception board located in the front entrance. You will also have the immediate option to personalize your office entrance (even on monthly contracts), along with the opportunity to display merchandising items and flyers in the reception area.

Can I bring my pet to the office?

Yes, you can! With our pet-friendly policy, Unicorn is happy to allow pets into the offices as long as you follow and act accordingly to our safety, cleanliness, and noise rules.
