Yes, full access to the office is permitted by using your smartphone - 24/7/365. Keep in mind that, reception only works from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
With the Virtual Office Service, we ask for your permission to scan your correspondence and send it to you by email. We can send mail by post to your physical address upon request at the cost of a small fee to cover shipping and handling.

Offices and common areas are cleaned on a day-to-day basis. Desk cleaning must be requested or set up with the community manager to not interfere with your belongings. Our fridges are cleaned once a month, but we count on you to keep our community areas clean and tidy.
The Prosegur Alarm protects the spaces - the access to the office door is limited, only those who have the access code can enter, and there are also lockers if you would like to store your belongings in the office. Spaces also have video camera surveillance, the building (Av. da Liberdade / R. Filipe Folque) is secured, and Unicorn follows all the security requirements.
