Rita, our Operations Manager has been at Unicorn since 2019 (when the company opened in Portugal) and is a rockstar with everything from Finance to HR to Operations. She loves dancing with her princess daughter, reading and is a true foodie. Rita can be found at the farmer’s market sniffing fresh fruit.

Stefan, our Operations Manager, has been at Unicorn since the beginning of the company in 2019, and rocks at being your go-to person for any issue, mainly in Operations and Accounting. He’s sports-driven and loves going to the beach with his dog Nala and spending time with his family. He can be found at Miguel’s Bakery trying the latest cookies.

Marlène, our Marketing Manager, has been at Unicorn since 2022, nailing our internal and external communications. She’s passionate about visual arts, painting, and creative writing. She can be found at the park playing with her dog Winnie.
Community & Sales Manager
Tiago, our Community & Sales Manager, has been at Unicorn since 2022, being the team’s chameleon and your go-to person from Sales to Community Manager, to any issues in our locations He loves playing video games, traveling, and swimming and he’s obsessed with Harry Potter. Tiago can be found online playing Sea of Thieves.

Liliana, our Community Manager, has been at Unicorn since 2022, and she’s the caregiver wizard at Unicorn Liberdade, smoothly running the tasks of Community Manager and being the office problem solver. She loves to engage with humanitarian projects while traveling the world, going to festivals and concerts and she’s passionate about cinema. She can be found daydreaming and reading at a cabin in the mountains.

Ângela, our Community Manager, has been at Unicorn since 2023, being your go-to person as an issues resolution ninja. She’s passionate about devouring books, traveling, learning new things, and spending quality time with her loved ones. She can be found tasting new cheeses all around the world.

Paloma, our newest Community Manager, has been in our team since the end of 2023, being the friendliest face around to help our community. She’s passionate about self-knowledge, personal development, philosophy & astrology, and spending time with her friends. She can be found making random people’s astral maps.
Design Intern
Pedro, our Design Intern and the youngest of our crew, is back with us this year, after hanging out with the team for 4 months in 2023. Pedro's got a serious passion for sunset-chasing beach trips, chilling in the park, "lifting weights" (aka sweating it out in the sauna) at the gym, and whipping up some artsy creations. Pedro can be found taking his cat to the beach.
